for the studio audience -- play along at home
I've been using iTunes for our indoor training workouts and race warm-ups for a few years. It's so much easier than mixing and burning CDs as I used to do for spinning classes. And now, I can publish my classes to iTunes -- how cool is that? So now, you can download and play along at home. Tonight's episode, a little 20 minute TT for your listening pleasure.

Traci Lords wasn't just any porn star. She was a child porn star. Of her hundreds of films, only one was made after she reached the age of 18, so you can't legally own any of the other ones.
And do you wonder why I know so much about her?
